Commercial developments are conceptualized years before they are realized, and models are crucial for early stage planning. Whether its refining the concept or getting buy-in or approval from the powers that be, models improve understanding and help to solidify the deal. Especially when many of the people involved in the process (like city officials, investors, or potential residents) are not trained architects.

Residential

Integrating state-of-the-art 3D printing and laser cutting technologies with traditional hand fabrication techniques allows us to highlight specific elements of the project and, in turn, express the vision of our clients.

Topographic
By using the latest precision milling technology, topography models ranging from a few inches to several square feet can be built directly from survey data. This allows us to depict contour elevations in either traditional stepped stratified layers or a perfectly smooth surface for a more natural, realistic portrayal.
Our custom milling process allows us to add existing roads, waterways, and building footprints to 1/64th of an inch - resulting in incredible details.
As an added bonus, these models can be updated as building lots sell or new infrastructure gets built out. Adding full color, vegetation, and trees tells a great story of a site, although a monochromatic color pallet may be more appropriate when spacial relationships or a new phase vs. existing phase depiction is the focus.
Fabrication time for a custom topography model can be as little as a few days to a few weeks, depending on size and complexity.
